Principal’s Message:
Welcome to the 2016-17 school year! The staff at Cesar Chavez Junior High School is looking forward to starting our 6th year!  As the principal of CCJHS, I am looking forward to getting to know all of our students and their families who attend our school.  We have some exciting things happening this year with the addition of some new support staff, teachers and administrators.   Technology will continue to be implemented in many lessons to support and enrich student learning.  With technology students will have access to resources and activities that will help keep them engaged in their learning and prepare them for success in the 21st century.  I encourage parents and guardians to become involved in their student’s education by attending our many “Family Engagement” activities throughout the year. At CCJHS we believe that communication and collaboration is important to maintain a positive learning environment for our students.  Our staff is committed to “Focus on Learning” to ensure that all students acquire the skills they need to be successful in high school and beyond.  I am confident that we will have a very successful year! Go TIGERS!
